Everything is PERFECT!

This game is my submission for the Bad Ideas Game Jam 2026. 

In the game you play as a character who lives inside a box. Every day that you spend in the box you can interact with various objects to perform a number of actions with different effects. There is limited time in a day, and your job as the player is to choose how you spend your time. Depending on your choices the game will play out in slightly different ways.

My first thought upon hearing the theme for the game jam was "In a game jam where the theme is outside the box, what could be more outside the box than inside the box?", so the idea evolved from that. There are some more references to the theme in the game as well, but they are quite subtle as the game is largely incomplete.

The game is very much a work in progress, and honestly not that fun to play, as I ended up experimenting quite a bit with new things and ultimately ran out of time. Either way, it was a great learning experience!
